General Info
This is the annual tournament for VEX U robotics teams held by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Tipping Point is this year's tournament theme. Embry-Riddle encourages masks but they are not required.
Free food and good sportsmanship will be provided.

Volunteer
Those wanting to volunteer please contact volunteer coordinator.
Volunteers will be provided lunch and extra hospitality.
We look forward to working with volunteers at our event!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event partner will contact teams in the event of fire, flood, tornado. hurricane, road closures, or other unforseen events that affect the health and safety of teams or the teams ability to arrive at the venue.
The event will be rescheduled if it needs to be postponed.
Be sure your team contact info for the day of the event is up to date in Robotevents.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued up to 5 days prior to the event if a replacement team is available to fill the vacated spot. Refunds will not be issued after that time frame except in the case of very extenuating circumstances at the event partners discression.
Please be aware that event partners have fixed costs and rely on team registartions to meet these obligations.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
