Refund Policy

Teams who wish to remove themselves from the event will receive a full refund if they notify the Event Partner 4-weeks prior to the event. Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 4-weeks prior to the event will be removed from the event unless a special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner. Health and Safety Policies

We will follow University recommendations for hosting a safe event. Teams will be asked to comply with these. Check back here regularly for updates about Health & Safety Policies

Currently In-Place:

1. The University has instituted a mask mandate for all buildings on campus. All event participants will be required to wear a mask while at the event.

2. There are no current limits on team or spectator attendance. Event participants who do not feel well should not attend; we are live streaming the event.

If the event is canceled for Health & Safety considerations, notice will be given as far in advance as possible. Two weeks before the event date, we will re-evaluate our policies, and determine if cancellation is required.
