Mandatory: All participants (In-person and Remote) must have a Participant Release Form on file. It is the responsibility of the coach to make sure this occurs. Remote Skills Requirements:
The Driver's meeting will be held the night before at 6PM. Details will be sent out via email to all coaches.
The competition day event teams will be registered for a specific time slot. Time slot requests will be handled on a first come first serve basis through a survey link that will be posted two weeks prior to the competition date.
Each team will get a confirmation email of their time slot chosen.
If you wish to change your time slot later on, please contact the Event Partner. You will be given a list of remaining time slots after all teams have finished choosing.
No volunteers necessary at this time.
There should not be any weather issues. Worst case, we experience lag.
Refunds shall be issued up to one week prior to the event date or if the event is canceled. After that, refunds will not be possible for the event.
Please follow all COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for your area. We would like to keep everyone safe during this event!
There will be no live stream of the event. Everyone is welcome to join the call when teams are doing their runs.
