Participation in the Bell Advanced Vertical Robotics Competition prepares students for tomorrow’s STEM workforce needs on the ground and in the sky.
Note: RECF is finalizing some of the event details with the event host. Please note that some of the event information may change, but should be finalized by mid-September.
Fee Structure:
- Team registrations in the Bell AVR program includes (1) Qualifying Event. Teams registering for their first event can register directly on the event page and should select the "Pay Later" option in the Check-out process and your Order will be marked Paid by RECF.
-
Teams that want to attend more than one event will need to add themselves to the Waitlist. An RECF staff member will add you to the event if there is capacity. Teams that have not attended an event will have priority. The cost is $500 for each additional event and will need to be paid using a PO, CC or check in the Check-out process. Note: There is a 3% additional processing fee for credit card payments.
How to waitlist your team: To waitlist your team for your 2nd or subsequent event, make your way to the Waitlist tab on the right side of this page. You should see a green ADD button beside your teams name. Click add, and your teams should be added. If you see a message saying that you do not have any eligible teams to add to the waitlist, please make sure that your team is marked as paid for the season registration. Teams who are not fully paid and registered will not be able to waitlist or register for events.
-
If your team registration for the season is not marked as paid, please contact [email protected] and request a spot be held for you at the event. Please provide the team numbers along with the event code at the top of the event page. Team registration will need to be paid at least two weeks prior to the event.
