General Info

The FCS JROTC began conducting drone competitions/scrimmages in SY 24-25 to facilitate cadets exploring careers and opportunities in STEM industries; specifically, drones. This memorandum of instruction provides information to enable participants to begin preparation for the competition/scrimmage. The RICS JROTC will host the fourth SY 24 – 25 FCS JROTC ADC competition/scrimmage at RICS on 15 March 2025 from 0830 – 1330 hours to allow cadets/students to participate in a competitive event.

Volunteers are always needed.  We have many different needs from simply sitting at a table checking people in to being a ref or a judge.

No prior experience is needed. Certification Courses for Judge Advisors and Head Referees are available at training.recf.org

Refund and Payment Policies

PLEASE PAY AT THE COMPETITION ONLY.  You may pay in cash or make your checks payable to Westlake High School JROTC

If the Event Partner cancels the event: You will not be required to pay for the competition.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: You will not be charged as you will only pay if you participate in the event.
