General Info
This will be a postseason Aerial Drone Competition tournament and all teams are welcome! We are hosting this event to give an opportunity for teams to see what an Aerial Drone competition is like. We hope you join us!
Reminders:
- This is not a qualifying tournament for Regional Championship as it is being held after the deadline for qualifying tournaments, but will be a great opportunity for teams to compete.
- Safety glasses are required.
- All participants are expected to complete the Participant Release Form uploaded on Robot Events. This just needs to be completed once each season and will cover all Aerial Drone Competition events for the season.
- Competition Logbooks (physical copy) should be turned in at check in on the day of the tournament, if the team would like it to be considered for judging.
- Teams must bring drones, batteries/chargers, laptops, and surge protectors/extension cords.
- Free Parking
- Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch. Food will be available on site for purchase.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather or an emergency, teams will be contacted by email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: teams will be issued a full refund of the registration fees (minus $5.00 fee for payments submitted through Robotevents).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: there will be no refund of registration fees.
