General Info
This event is hosted by STEM Center of Excellence, Inc. to support the new Aerial Drone Competition teams in Greater Maryland.
If there are any changes that end up impacting your team to the point where you cannot or are not willing to participate, we will refund your entry fee minus any fees we are obligated to pay RECF.
For those that register, we will be in touch with more information prior to the event.
Teams are urged to upload the Participant Release Form for each student. The form can be found in the Documents folder to the left. Event Partners (us) must check that these forms are uploaded.
**Teams are reminded that their robot must be inspected prior to participation in matches flights or skills. Please see the inspection form at the Documents link to the left. You should plan your arrival time to allow time to set up your Pit Area, Check-in, and get successfully inspected.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather we will attempt to modify the event to fit within this weekend.
If the event is rescheduled we will issue refunds to teams who cannot attend the alternate date minus the $5 fee should RECF charge us.
In the event of a complete cancellation we will refund teams minus the $5 fee that RECF charges us.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued minus any fees charged by RECF.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be issued up to March 1, 2025 minus any fees charged by RECF. Any teams cancelling beyond this date or not showing for the event will not receive a refund.
