General Info
Update:1.23.2025 -- This event has been rescheduled from Feb. 1st to March 8th. Please make a note of this change.
If the event does not meet the minimum number for a qualifying tournament it will be a non-qualifying tournament but Skills scores will be uploaded.
This event is located in the South Central Region which includes:
USA: Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas
Note: Teams competing at a local qualifying event that are from outside that Event Region are eligible to receive any performance-based or judged awards offered at the event and should be treated identically to teams from within that Event Region. However, any qualification spot to the Regional Championship associated with an award that is given to an out-of-region team will go to the next highest-ranked non-qualified team from within that Event Region on the Skills Ranking at that event.
This will be a Tournament hosted by by MSLP/HSJROTC at Cleveland Middle School.
- This is a Blended tournament open to JROTC and Non-JROTC teams.
- Safety glasses are required.
- Teams are encouraged to review all the resources listed under the Document Tab to be prepared for the competition.
- Digital copies of the Competition Logbooks will be scored prior to the event and must be received no later than Monday, December 2, 2024 by 5pm local time.
- All participants must complete the Participant Release form before the tournament.
- All teams should arrive in time to check-in and set up before the event starts.
- All teams will be responsible for keeping their area clear of trash and clean up at the end of the event.
- No team should depart untill cleared by the team host.
- Each school will be responsible for providing a lunch for their team and drinks.
- No sodas will be allowed in the course area.

Check-In will begin at 0700-0730. Teams will be able to see course and set up tables from 0730-0750. Announcements and house keeping rules will be announced from 0750-0800. Competition will begin at 0800-1700. In the event all teams have competed and finished before 1700 we will clean up the area and depart early. No team should leave the site until cleared by the host.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event the scrimmage has to be canceled for any reason we will reschdule it. There will be no refunds for emergency/bad weather.
Teams will be notified of any changes by email.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will reschdule the event; no refunds will be possible.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds for canceling or withdrawing from the event once you have registered. Any questions shall be directed toward the event host.
(In the case of serious medical-related emergencies, a refund request may be submitted and reviewed on a case by case basis.)
