General Info

Updated Information: The logbook digital submission deadline is extended to Wednesday, January 15th at 5pm. 

We look forward to having your teams compete on 1/18/25!

The tournament will take place in the North Gym and Squad Bay of Troy High School, 2200 Dorothy Ln, Fullerton, CA 92831.

Coaches, please have your teams check in immediately upon arrival. Please note:

  • Release Form - All participants must complete the Participant Release form before the tournament: Participant Release Form. PLEASE UPLOAD THE FORMS BY 1/17/25 (this will expedite the check-in process) Thank you!
  • Volunteer - Please consider volunteering as a judge or refereee. 
  • Pits - Will be located in an adjoining room next to Squad Bay.  
  • Power Strips - Please bring all of your own power strips, tools etc.
  • Safety Glasses - Teams must wear safety glasses during competition.
  • Concession - Please bring cash for concession. 
  • Dining Options Nearby - Subway, Chipotle, Panera, Burger King, Yoshinoya, Del Taco (Chapman & State College)
  • Log Books - Digital copies of the Competition Logbooks will be scored prior to the event and must be received no later than Friday, January 10, 2025 by 5pm local time. 
  • This event is located in the West Region which includes:

USA: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming

Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories

Please note: Only teams that are a part of the West Region are eligible to earn invitations to Regional Championships from this event. If your team is from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but will not be eligible to qualify for a Regional Championship from this event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: email the Event Partner for information.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund. All registrations are final.
