General Info
This Aerial Drone Event is a blended event, so all teams are welcome! We are hosting this event to give teams the opportunity to experience the excitement of the Aerial Drone Competition. We invite new team members to join us, and we encourage our current teams to practice before summer break. We hope you join us!
Reminders:
- All participants are expected to complete the Participant Release Form uploaded on Robot Events. This form needs to be completed once each season and covers all Aerial Drone Competition events for the season.
- Safety glasses are required.
- There will be no judging at this event.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the event partner cancels the event:
- Refunds minus fees accessed by the REC Foundation will be issued in the cases of an event cancellation. (Per the RobotEvents.com fee structure, $5.00 of each registration is used by their organization for processing and is not refundable plus there is a 3% credit card fee charged for processing credit card payments.)
If a team registers and decides not to attend the event:
- No refunds will be issued to "no show" teams.
