This event is in the Southeast Region, including Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Teams from the Southeast Region who earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the Southeast Regional Championship, which will be held in Lexington, South Carolina, on April 11-12, 2025.

The award(s) that qualify for an invitation to the above regional championship will be found on the awards tab.

Additional invitations may be issued by January 12th based on the region's number of teams and events.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.
This Aerial Drone Event is a Blended event, so all teams are welcome! We are hosting this event to give teams the opportunity to experience the excitement of the Aerial Drone Competition. We hope you join us!
Reminders:
- All participants are expected to complete the Participant Release Form uploaded on Robot Events. This form needs to be completed once each season and covers all Aerial Drone Competition events for the season.
- Safety glasses are required.
- Competition Logbooks (physical copy) should be turned in at check-in on the tournament day.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the event partner cancels the event:
- In the case of an event cancellation, refunds minus fees accessed by the REC Foundation will be issued. (Per the RobotEvents.com fee structure, $5.00 of each registration is used by their organization for processing and is not refundable, plus a 3% credit card fee is charged for processing credit card payments.)
If a team registers and decides not to attend the event:
- No refunds will be issued to "no-show" teams.
