General Info

This event is located in the South Central Region which includes:

USA: Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas

Please note: Only teams that are a part of the South Central Region are eligible to earn invitations to Regional Championships from this event. If your team is from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but will not be eligible to qualify for a Regional Championship from this event.

We are delighted to have you join us for this thrilling competition, and we wanted to provide you with some important information regarding the event.

Venue: Harmony School of Science-San Antonio

This tournament will be for HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS ONLY.  There will be a separate tournament on the same date in the same venue but it will be for MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS ONLY. 

Please ensure you arrive on time so we can kick off the event promptly. The doors will open at 7:30 AM, allowing you ample time to prepare your drones and get settled before the competition begins. We kindly request all participants to bring their extension cords/surge protectors to ensure an uninterrupted power supply during the event.

Reminders: 

  • Safety glasses are required.
  • Digital copies of the Competition Logbooks will be scored prior to the event and must be received no later than March 03, 2025 by 9am. 
  • All participants must complete the Particpant Release form before the tournament: Participant Release Form
  • We have plenty of parking in the rear of the school.
  • Everyone must enter using the main doors in the front.
  • Only in an evacuation will the back doors be available for use. 
  • Teams are encouraged to review all of the information found in the Documents Tab to prepare for the tournament. 
  • Bring drones, controllers, batteries and power strips for charging devices and extension cords. 
  • Teams will have a table in the pit area with 4 chairs.  If any more chairs are needed -- please bring those with you.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or adverse weather conditions causing a tournament cancelation, all teams will have their registration transfered to an event in the 25/26 Season.

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Teams will be notified by email of any changes.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Registration will be given as a credit to a future event. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Payment is still due and will not be refunded.
