Welcome to the 2025 ARMY Bowl - Aerial Drone Competition
We are excited to have you at this inaugural event. Please read the steps below to prepare your team for the competition.
This event will celebrate Army JROTC teams from all around the country.
Team Registration
Each Brigade will nominate or select teams to attend. Any remaining spots will be filled from the waitlist.
All interested teams should add themselves to the waitlist.
Waitlist
- If there is remaining capacity due to teams not accepting a formal invitation, teams may be invited from the Waitlist. This will be decided by the REC Foundation RSM and Army officials.

Mandatory Participant Release Forms
All participants must have a Participant Release Form on file. It is the responsibility of the Team’s Primary Contact to make sure this occurs. A link to the instructions on how to submit a Participant Release Form is found here.
Competition Logbook
A PHYSICALCompetition Logbook (or printed copy of a digital logbook) must be submitted at Team Check-in (RSOI). The notebook is only shared with event staff, including the Event Partner, Judge Advisor, and Judges, and may include the REC Foundation Support Team.
Inspections
Flight Clearance Inspection checklists should be completed by the team prior to arrival, and we will collect and verify those at Team Check-in (RSOI). Pre-Flight Inspections are to be conducted (by the team) prior to each match. Please be prepared BEFORE the competition by reviewing the Inspection Checklists located under the documents tab for this event.

- Teams arrive and complete RSOI procedures
- Teams will "Check-in" for the event and turn in their Flight Safety Clearance Inspection Sheets and Competition Logbooks during RSOI.

Volunteer
Wish to Volunteer?
Volunteers are always needed. Responsibilities vary, from sitting at a table checking teams in to serving as a referee or a judge.
No prior experience is needed. Judges and Referees are certified by completion of courses at training.recf.org

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the weather makes you late for the event or prevents you from attending, please immediately contact by phone, 901-486-9618.
If the event is canceled due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance, it will be posted here on this event website, and the Primary Coach will be notified by email.
Refund and Payment Policies
No Refunds as there is no fee for teams to participate.
Health and Safety Policies
All events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. We will continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
