Come join us for this fun filled Aerial Drone Competition at Mescalero Apache School on Saturday January 25, 2025!

This event is located in the South Central Region which includes:

USA: Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas

Note: Teams competing at a local qualifying event that are from outside that Event Region are eligible to receive any performance-based or judged awards offered at the event and should be treated identically to teams from within that Event Region. However, any qualification spot to the Regional Championship associated with an award that is given to an out-of-region  team will go to the next highest-ranked non-qualified team from within that Event Region on the Skills Ranking at that event.

Registered teams will receive updates leading up to the event day to help them have the most enjoyable opportunity possible. See the full event schedule posted under AGENDA. 

Communications Mission: All Competition Logbooks will be judged in person. Teams will turn in a physical copy of the Competition Logbook at check-in if they want it to be considered for judging.

Teams need to register and pay by the posted deadlines. Teams not paid by the deadline will be moved to the waitlist. 

• Spectators are welcome and the event is free and open to the public. 
• Safety glasses are required for participants and volunteers at the field. 
• Coaches must upload the Participant Release form to the Coach's Robot Events account before the tournament. See the Document Tab for instructions.
• To prepare for the tournament Coaches are encouraged to review all the information found on the Document Tab. 
• Teams should bring drones/controllers, batteries, extra parts and extension cords/surge protectors and devices for programming.
