Volunteers: Please consider volunteering for our event. Contact Troy Peel via email [email protected] if you are interested.

Concessions: We will have a full concession stand available at the event.

Consent Forms: All participants must have a Participant Release Form on file. It is the responsibility of the Team’s Primary Contact to make sure this occurs. A link to the instructions on how to submit a Participant Release Form is found under the Documents Tab.

Competition Logbook:  Logbooks should be submitted in the in Robot Events at My Account in the Digitial Logbook Link adjacent to that team's information. Submit a link to your Logbook by 4:00 pm on Monday, January  06, 2025 if you want it considered for judging. The Logbook is only shared with event staff, including the Event Partner, Judge Advisor, and Judges, and may include the REC Foundation Event Engagement Manager. Details on this process are given in the ADC Remote Judging guide. Refer to the COMPETITION LOGBOOK AND INTERVIEW RUBRICS.

Inspection: Inspection is scheduled first thing in the morning. All teams must pass the Flight Clearance inspection to be allowed to compete. Please be prepared and ensure that your team is aware of the safety rules and that the drone will pass inspection BEFORE the competition by reviewing the INSPECTION CHECKLISTS available under the Documents tab.

Interviews: All teams will be interviewed in-person at the event. Judges will come to interview teams in the morning prior to qualification matches and will leave a note at your table if they miss you. Please leave a representative at your pit area at all times so they can come get you when the judges are ready for your team.

Tournament: Teams should carefully review the Documents, including the GAME MANUAL, listed under the Documents Tab, and the Official Q&A for any Aerial Drone Competition rule clarifications.  Know the rules!!
