Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If any changes to the event are needed based on an unforeseen emergency or bad weather teams will be notified by email. Because this will be an indoor event, we do not anticipate any need to cancel the event due to weather and no refunds will be issued to teams that register and pay but later decide not to attend.
Henderson, NV is next to Las Vegas, NV and shares a very similar weather forecast which is typically very pleasant in March. We recommend short sleeves, pants, and a light jacket (in case the gym is a little cooler than you might prefer). Thank you for your understanding!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be issued to the Drone Teams that have registered and paid for the event prior to the cancellation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Due to expenses of hosting the event any teams that withdraw from the event will not be issued a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
Health and Safety Policies
Please note that we require closed toed shoes at this event and safety glasses for all of the drone team members. We are not responsible or liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur at this event.
