Full STEAM Head into Mesquite Works STEAM Center Aerial Drone Competition

This event is located in the West Region which includes:

USA: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming

Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories

Please note: Only teams that are a part of the West Region are eligible to earn invitations to Regional Championships from this event. If your team is from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but will not be eligible to qualify for a Regional Championship from this event.

Let's have fun participating in an Aerial Drone Competition in Mesquite, Nevada. 

This competition consists of all four Missions = Autonomous, Piloting, Teamwork and Communications (Competition Logbooks and Team Interviews).

Judging Format: Digital Competition Logbooks (Scanned Copies of Physical Logbooks or uploaded digital Logbooks) 

• Doors open at 7:30 AM.
• There is plenty of parking at Mesquite Plaza.
• See Agenda Tab for details about the schedule.
• Safety glasses are required by participants at the fields. 
• There will be a lunch break per the schedule. Lunch is up to coaches to provide. 
• Digital versions of the Competion Logbooks are to be submitted by the coach via RobotEvents.com no later than            by 5pm local time to be considered for judging. 
• For instructions on how to submit the Competition Logbooks use the instructions found in the Document Tab. No Competition Logbooks will be accepted on the day of the tournament.
• Teams are encouraged to review all the resources in the Document Tab to be prepared for the tournament. 
• Each team is recommended you bring an extension cord and multiple outlet power strip. 
• Volunteers are welcome and needed. 
• Payment must be made before the payment deadline or teams will be moved to the waitlist.
