General Info
This event is located in the South Central Region which includes:
USA: Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas
Note: Teams competing at a local qualifying event that are from outside that Event Region are eligible to receive any performance-based or judged awards offered at the event and should be treated identically to teams from within that Event Region. However, any qualification spot to the Regional Championship associated with an award that is given to an out-of-region team will go to the next highest-ranked non-qualified team from within that Event Region on the Skills Ranking at that event.
Welcome to the Nixa High School Screamin' Eagles Robotics - February 2025 Aerial Drone Competition - Blended Tournament
- Doors open at 7:30 am.
- The event is in the Nixa High School Main Gymnasium.
- Location: Nixa High School, 514 S. Nicholas Road, Nixa, MO 65714
- Safety glasses will be required.
- Please bring your own power strips/surge protectors, tools, parts, etc.
- Physical copies of the competition logbook will be turned in at check-in if the team wants it to be considered for judging.
- All team participants must complete a Participant Release Form before participating in an official REC Foundation event: Participant Release Form.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, teams will be notified by email of a change in schedule or rescheduled event!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the tournament is canceled and unable to be rescheduled due to bad weather, teams will be refunded their registration fee minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Team registration fees will not be refunded.
