General Info

 

This event is located in the South Central Region which includes:

USA: Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas

Please note: Only teams that are a part of the South Central Region are eligible to earn invitations to Regional Championships from this event. If your team is from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but will not be eligible to qualify for a Regional Championship from this event.

 

The Wichita South Titan Battalion is pleased to extend a warm invitation to all drone competition teams joining us in Wichita on January 25th. 

We are committed to ensuring that your experience in Wichita is both enjoyable and memorable. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist you with any inquiries or logistical arrangements to facilitate your stay during the competition. Our campus provides an exceptional venue and ample space to accommodate the diverse needs of the competition.

  • There is ample parking.
  • We ask that buses park at the south end of the parking lot closest to the stadium.
  • Spectators can enter through the main gym entrance.
  • We will have a concession stand. 
  • Safety Glasses are required on the fields. 
  • Digital copies of the Competition Logbooks will be scored prior to the event and must be received no later than Jan. 20th by 5pm. 
  • All participants must complete the Participant Release form before the tournament. Participant Release Form.

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, registered teams will be notified by email. Also, check this site for updates closer to the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refund will be given minus any fees charged by Robot Events. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

No Refunds will be given.
