North Central Region

  • This event is located in the North Central Region which includes:

    USA: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Wisconsin 

    Canada: Manitoba, Ontario, Nunavut

    Please note: Only teams that are a part of the North Central Region are eligible to earn invitations to Regional Championships from this event. If your team is from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but will not be eligible to qualify for a Regional Championship from this event.

  • Teams who are from the North Central Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the North Central Regional Championship.

  • The award(s) that qualify for an invitation to the above regional will be found on the awards tab by December 1, 2024.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.

We will have four regular league sessions on Feb 19, Feb 26, Mar 5, and Mar 12. The final league session will be on Mar 19 and 20. All League nights will be held in the main arena at the Grandville Robotics Competition Center.

Drone crews have the ability to earn qualifying awards to compete at their Regional Championship.  

Reminders:

  • There will be 4 Regular League Sessions and 2 Final League Sessions which will include judging. 
  • Safety glasses will be required at all sessions.
  • All teams must be registered and marked paid by the event registration deadline.
  • Competition Logbook will be turned in at the last regular league session if the team wants it to be considered for judging. It will be returned at the end of the final session.

Session 5 and 6 will be the League Finals, with Judging taking place this night

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event partner will make a decision if and event date will be postponed due to weather by 2pm on the date of each event.  Teams will be notified by email of any changes due to emergency or bad weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies
