This event is located in the Southeast Region which includes: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Teams who are from the Southeast Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the Southeast Regional Championship - in Jackson, Mississippi at the Mississippi Coliseum on April 12-13, 2024.

The award(s) that qualify for an invitation to the above regional championship will be found on the awards tab by December 1, 2024.

Additional invitations may be issued by January 12th based on the number of teams and events in the region.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will evaluate the event and ensure travel and the event itself is safe for participants. Furthermore, ACS safety plans will be followed accordingly in the event of an emergency or severe weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be given minus any fees charged by the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refund will be given.
