Volunteer
We encourage those who are interested to volunteer. We are requesting 1-2 adult volunteers per team to participate as Referees and Judges. Training will be done through online webinars.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will evaluate the event and ensure travel and the event itself is safe for participants. Furthermore, ACS safety plans will be followed accordingly in the event of an emergency or severe weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be given minus any fees charged by the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refund will be given.
