This will be a scrimmage open to all teams at no cost!
Come learn all about the 4 Missions of the Aerial Drone Competition.
Safety glasses will be required.
Teams that are registered with the REC Foundation should register on this site but no fees will be charged.
If you are thinking about starting teams or have not registered your teams yet - email to let us know you are coming!
All are welcome to join us for this exciting scrimmage!

Doors open at 730am Check in and Inspection
Explanation/Review of the 4 Aerial Drone Competition Missions 8:00-9:00
Piloting skills (teams do two 60sec runs) 9:00-10:00
Autonomous Skills (5 min sessions for their 60 second runs - up to 3) 10:00-12:00 noon
Teamwork Matches 10:00-12:00 noon
Clean Up and Pizza Lunch (bring your own water)
Volunteer
We are in great need of volunteers. Please contact Bryan Silver at 808-295-2180 to help out. Training for judges and referees will be provided by online webinars.
The scrimmage will be an opportunity to train referees and judges on site. No prior experience is needed.
Each team is requested to provide at least two volunteers.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the unfortunate event of BAD weather, we will follow all safety guidelines sent out.
- The scrimmage will be rescheduled, if possible.
