Thank you for your interest in our event. Please check the website as the event date approaches for updates to the event.

This will be a Workshop and Scrimmage.
Goals:
1. Provide hands-on training for referees and judges. (Any adults that are interested in fultlulling either of those roles this season is invited to join us as we learn together!)
2. Provide teams the opportunity to do piloting and autonomous skills matches and some teamwork matches all in a friendly scrimmage environment with no pressure.
3. Provide opportunities for judges to review logbooks and interview teams as part of the Judging Training).
We want this to be a FUN learning day for the teams! We hope you will join us!
Volunteers: No fees will be charged but we ask that each team provide 1-2 volunteers. Please email your volunteers name and email address to [email protected] by Oct. 13th.

Workshop/Scrimmage Schedule
- 8:00am--Doors open for Adults
- 8:00am-10:30am Worshop for Adult Volunteers (Referees and Judges)
- 10:30 Doors Open for Teams
- 10:30 -11:30 Workshop for Teams
- 11:30-12:00 Lunch Break
- 12:00 Flight Team Meeting
- 12:15-1:15 Piloting Skills (2 matches per team)
- 1:15 -Qualification matches begin (2-3 per team) and Autonomous Flight Skills Begin (1 attempt per team)
- 3:15 Alliance selection
- 3:30 -4:30 At least one round of finals
Volunteer
We encourage those who are interested to volunteer. We are requesting 1-2 adult volunteers per team to participate in the workshop for Referees and Judges.
