This event is located in the West Region which includes: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Teams who are from the West Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the West Regional Championship - in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Legacy Event Coliseum on May 31-June 1, 2024.

The award(s) that qualify for an invitation to the above regional championship will be found on the awards tab by December 1, 2024.

Additional invitations may be issued by January 12th based on the number of teams and events in the region.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.
In conjunction with the 2022-23 Aerial Drone Competition Tournament, the American Academy of Innovation is hosting an Open House event, welcoming the community to stop in to check out the campus and see schools offerings. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Doors will open at 7:30 AM with team check-in beginning at 8:00 AM. Teams that have not checked in 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster to allow for the match list to be run. Teams running late should contact the Event Partner prior to the 30 minute cutoff to avoid being dropped. We anticipate that the event will conclude no later than 4:00 PM.
- Safety glasses will be required.
- Physical copy of the Competition Logbook needs to be turned in at check in, if the team wants it to be considered for judging.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund minus any fees charged by Robot Events wil be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
This event is non-refundable except on a case by case basis minus the $5 Robotevents fee.
