- Doors open at 7:30 am.
- The event is in the Nixa High School Main Gymnasium.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, teams will be notified of a change in schedule or rescheduled event!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event that the tournament is canceled due to bad weather, teams will be refunded their registration fee minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Team registration fees will not be refunded.
