Welcome to the Pikes Peak Robotics - Arial Drone Competition November 2023 Qualifying Event!
- Doors open at 8am.
- The event is in the small Gymnasium of Mesa Ridge High School at 6070 Mesa Ridge Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
- Please bring all of your own power strips/extension cords, tools, parts, etc.
- Teams should bring a physical copy of their Competition Logbook to submit to the judges at the event.

- We need and welcome volunteers. To volunteer, please go to this link and fill out the very short Google Form: https://forms.gle/SyMuPqK6hq8GzRRB6. A link to this form can be found at www.pikespeakrobotics.org under the "Volunteer!" section at the bottom of the page.
- Payment must be made before 11/3/2023 or teams will be moved to the waitlist.

Volunteer
We need and welcome volunteers. To volunteer, please go to the link found at www.pikespeakrobotics.org under the "Volunteer!" section at the bottom of the page.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an emergency or bad weather, we will send out an event cancellation email to all coaches and volunteers as soon as that decision is made (hopefully the night before).
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded $70 of the $75 event fee if the event is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded $45 of the $50 event fee if the event is cancelled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and the team does not attend: Refund will be given in the amount of $45 if requested at least one week before the event.
Payment Deadline is November 3rd -1 week before the event. Please be sure to submit payment by then or your team will be removed from the tournament and placed on the waitlist.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Competition Logbooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their Competition Logbook to submit to the judges at the event.
