General Info
West Region
This event is located in the West Region which includes: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
Teams who are from the West Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the West Regional Championship - in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Legacy Event Coliseum on May 31-June 1, 2024.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.

- Doors open at 8am.
- The event is in the small Gymnasium of Wasson Academic Campus.
- Please bring all of your own power strips/extension cords, tools, parts, etc.
- Teams should bring a physical copy of their Competition Logbook to submit to the judges at the event.

Volunteer

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an emergency or bad weather, we will send out an event cancellation email to all coaches and volunteers as soon as that decision is made (hopefully the night before).
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded $70 of the $75 event fee if the event is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded $45 of the $50 event fee if the event is cancelled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and the team does not attend: Refund will be given in the amount of $45 if requested at least one week before the event.
Payment Deadline is September 29th-1 week before the event. Please be sure to submit payment by then or your team will be removed from the tournament and placed on the waitlist.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Comoetition Logbooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their Competition Logbook to submit to the judges on the day of the event.
