As long as all teams and notebooks are being treated equitably, and are being viewed in the same format as they were initially submitted, then this is fine.
In contrast, it would not be permissible for notebooks to be initially submitted digitally, and then printed out to be reviewed in person as a physical notebook - the digital versus physical notebook judging experience are markedly different and could lead to a bias for or against certain kinds of notebooks being reflected in evaluations.
