Engineering Notebooks and construction points

The super set includes 5 or 6 design notebooks, but they are thin, the team will definitely use all of them. We plan to use a binder to include all of them and some printout like programs. But I heard the binder does not count as "bound notebooks", so it won't help us to get construction points. Is it true? Please clarify! Thanks a lot

You can have more than one engineering notebook (e.g., Volume 1, Volume 2, Volume 3, etc.). As you would be using all bound notebooks and only putting them in a three-ring binder for the convenience of the judges, this is still considered bound.
