General Info

YWLA Robotics is happy to host the 4th Annual West Texas Girl Powered Conference for Elementary & Middle school female students from the Region of El Paso at our campus the Young Women's Leadership Academy located at 8040 Yermoland Dr.

This year we will provide the opportunity for our young ladies to explore different careers and activities that will enrich their skills for the workforce, as well as have presenters that will ignite their passions and purpose!

Capacity per school:

We are allowing 1 teacher to bring 30 young ladies from their school since we have a limited capacity.

How this works:

  • Register each member and yourself (the adult). 
  • Upon completion of registration, you will receive an email about your student's interest, lunch options, t-shirt information, and transportation.
  • If your group cannot join us, please ensure to reach out by or before September 27th, doing so later you are responsible for paying $10 per student for the shirts that were ordered.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of an emergency, we will follow the protocols of YISD. If there is bad weather I will be in contact with you via email in regards to postponing the time and/or date.

Refund and Payment Policies

If you need to cancel, please make sure you do so before Sept. 27, if done after the fact a $10 fee will be charged per student since we do place orders for shirts and food. Please plan accordingly.
