We are excited to have our very own MS VRC Regional Championship in Texas Region 1.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

2:00 – Alliance Selection (4 Elimination Alliances per T21)
2:00 – Skills Field Closes
2:15 – Semifinals (2 Matches - "Best of 1" per rule T20)
2:45 – Finals (2 or 3 Matches - "Best of 3" per rule T20)
3:15 – Awards
4:00 – All Participants and Spectators must leave campus by 4:00pm.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If there is an emergency or bad weather, the event will be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be given if the Event Partner cancels the event. Coaches will be contacted and arrangements will be made for the refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given in this case.
Judging Format
Judging Format
Virtual Initial Interviews/Digital Notebooks - Team Interviews will be scheduled and held over video chat. Follow-up, In-Person interviews may be held in person on the day of the event. An email with details and instructions for the interview will be emailed to team coaches.
Teams must submit a link to a publicly accessible digital copy of their notebook through RobotEvents.com. No physical notebooks will be accepted.
Links to Digital Notebooks need to be turned in before February 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Judges will view notebooks before the event and may access them up to the actual day of the event (please ensure you do not change the accessibility of the digital file before the event concludes). All notebooks must be accessible online via the link that is submitted on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be accessible at all times between February 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 pm and the conclusion of the event on March 1st, 2024, at approximately 2 pm.
Physical notebooks will NOT be accepted.
