Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We do NOT have a contingency plan for cancellation, so we will try our best to hold the event (even with a delayed start if we must!). If we DO need to cancel, team registration fees will be fully refunded. Any last minute changes will be reflected in the general information and agenda sections of Robot Events.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fee is fully refunded (this may take a few weeks, and will only be sent to the current contact information in Robot Events).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams may withdraw for a full refund by notifying Kayla Ho ([email protected]) no later than 5 pm on March 2, 2024.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be complete by March 15 at 5pm. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event at this time.
Judging Format
Initial Remote Interviews during the week of March 12.
Digital Notebooks due March 10, 2024 at 5pm EST.
Second round interviews on competition day.
