General Info
Saratoga High School is delighted to host the Saratoga Falcons Annual Robotics Tournament. The event will be open to 42 teams. This event will be limited to six teams per organization.
Check-in will be at 7 am, sharp. Teams must be checked in 30 minutes before the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Teams that have not checked in 30 minutes before the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.
Teams that have not paid by the deadline will be moved to the waitlist.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school (if applicable) and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable.
The event registration (minus $5) refund will be made only if the event is canceled by the host.
Teams that have not paid by the deadline will be moved to the waitlist.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Engineering notebooks MUST be submitted by 5 pm PST on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
