Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Any cancellations due to weather will be announced by the event partner the day before the tournament. 

Coaches, if your team or organization will not be able to attend the competition or will be late to the venue due to weather restrictions, please contact the event partner as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the cancellation occurs one week or longer before the event, all teams will be refunded the entirety of their registration fees excluding the $5 that the REC Foundation extracts. However, if a coach completes the registration process and then withdraws on their own terms, no refund will be granted.

Judging Format

All judging will be held in-person – The interviews and the notebooks will be judged at the school on the day of the event. Teams should come prepared with a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
