Judges Interviews & Engineering Notebooks
Please note: We will be following an all in-person judging format. Only physical copies of engineering notebooks will be collected during team check-in. Teams who have digital notebooks will need to print off the most recent version for judges to review. Judge interviews will take place in-person at the team's booth in the pit area.
Team & Coach Information
Each team is required to have an adult coach present. This person will be responsible for the supervision of team members and will be the team's primary contact for the day.
Registration Fee: All teams must have the registration fee paid prior to attending the tournament.
Participation and Consent Form: All team members, coaches and adult mentors should fill out the online consent form which is good all season and for all RECF run events. A link to the instructions for online consent form can be found here.
For all elimination matches, including finals, we will be following a Best of 1.
Tournament Preparation
Competition Preparation: Teams should come prepared to compete. Review the Over Under Game Manual, run through the Robot Inspection Checklist, and ensure your team is running the latest programming and firmware version and your Robot Brain has your team number.
