General Info

Our event will be held in the cafeteria again this year.

Please check back for details on concessions, bus, or parking updates as we get closer to the event date.

LATE Arrivals: Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event. 

PAYMENT: Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

The competition and robot skills fields will utilize the portable field with the GPS strip

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Always check the evening before and the morning of the event for weather related concerns.

You will be notified via email if there is a weather condition that prevents the event from happening.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund

Busses should use the entrance off of Gross Point  and then proceed to the entrance  door #13.

Visitors should use main entrance door #13.  

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
