GATSA is excited to host the 2023 Fall Leadership Conference VEX VRC Tournament.  Students and attendees are sure to have an excellent robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!  This event is being held in conjunction with the GATSA Fall Leadership Conference.  All teams must register through the on-line TSA conference registration system.  A GATSA designee will enter registered teams into Robot Events.  The event is limited to 1 team per chapter, additional spots will be filled with a 2nd team from the GA TSA Google Form Waitlist.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

9:00am - 11:00am - Check-In/Registration/Inspection

NOTE: All teams MUST be through inspection before 11am. 

9:30am - 11:00am - VEX Pit Setup & Robot Skills

(NOTE: Each team will be allowed a maximum of 3 Robot (Driver) Skills and 3 Autonomous Coding Challenge Skills runs.  We will use all 3 competition fields for Skills Challenges.  The Skills fields will close at 11:00AM).

11:15am - 11:30am - Driver Meeting

11:45am - 4:45pm - Qualification Rounds 

4:45pm - 5:00pm - Alliance Selection

5:15pm - 6:30pm - Elimination Bracket and Finals

Refund and Payment Policies

All payments should be made through Georgia TSA. 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
