If you are able to bring a Vex Certified Head Referee or Head Judge please reach out and I may be able to arrange a discount to your team's registration.

In the case of an emergency or bad weather we will reach out to teams, but rescheduling will likely prove impossible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

In the event that I cancel the event, registration fees will be refunded.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be provided.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
