Welcome to Cranberry Area Jr/Sr Highschool's Bash at the Berry Dome! This event is primarily for schools located in Western Pennsylvania. 

*This event is FREE to PA Rural Robotics Member Schools.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

9:00am  =  Doors open

9:30am - 10:30am  =  Inspections

10:40am - 10:50am  =  Drivers Meeting

11:00am - 1:00pm  =  Qualification Matches

1:00pm - 1:30pm  =  Lunch

1:30pm - 3:30pm  =  Qualification Matches

3:40pm - 3:50pm  =  Alliance Selection 

4:00pm - 5:00pm =  Finals

5:00pm - 5:30pm  =  Awards Ceremony

Volunteer

Teams will be responsible for field setup after the completion of their match scoring.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If there is inclement weather or a need to cancel an attempt to reschedule will be made. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a weather cancellation or extenuating circumstance as determined by the Event Partner. You may contact [email protected] or [email protected] to discuss any refunds.

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Engineering Notebooks should be submitted by January 13th.
