General Info
The City of Miami powered by Venture Miami is delighted to host Fall Vex Robotics Tournament. The event will be in person and open to 30 teams. This event will be limited to two teams per organization. Once the event is full, a waiting list will be created for teams who were unable to register.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will only be canceled if the school district is closed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event a refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
