Welcome to VRC at Paul Duke STEM High School. Our school takes pride in its focus on technology, and is both Georgia's largest and only Title-1 STEM certified school by the Georgia DOE.
We are proud to provide 3 competition fields, one skills field, and one practice field, provided by the GCPS CTE Program.
Concessions will be sold and pizzas will be ordered in advance. $12/pizza Cheese or Pepperoni, Cash or Check. Preorders can be made at check in. Reminders will be sent out on the day of the event.
Teams and coaches who are participating for the very first time should contact Mr. Horsley for a list of valuable documents, and a pre-competition inspection to make sure you are ready for our competition.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that inclimate weather cancels the event, we will attempt to reschedule. We will issue refunds minus $5 for the RobotEvents fee to teams that cannot attend the rescheduled event, or in the event of a complete cancellation.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be made, except for weather related issues, in which the Robot Events fee will not be returned.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Full refund until the close date (Monday before the event). 50% refund for teams that cancel after the close date until the day of the event. No refund for teams that cancel on the day of the event.
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
It should be noted that a good notebook shows the collaborative design process and documents the design process to show that your work is origional. Additionally, please try to include experimental data when testing mechanisms, programming, driver/auton skills, driving practice, etc. This data is valuable evidence to support your design choices.
