Hello!

Welcome to the HP VEX Robotics Tournament.  We look forward to seeing teams demonstrate their teamwork and robot skills.  Please periodically review the event agenda and general information sections on the event page as the event approaches, and remember to have all those associated with the team complete the Online Consent Form prior to the event.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed.  Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in RobotEvents.com in the event we need to contact your team.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be provided only if the event is cancelled.  If the event is cancelled, then a full refund will be offered minus the $5 RobotEvents.com fee. 

 

 

Judging Format

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
