If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

We are unable to offer refunds for this event. Because of this, teams should wait to make payment until they are certain they can and want to attend while being mindful of the payment due date. Any team unpaid by payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification.

If a team has to withdraw from competition after payment is made, CCA can consider transferring the registration fee to another CCA hosted event.
