Thank you for registering for the Wildcat Qualifier! We are excited to have you !

Our event is a fun filled event with great competition.  Doors open at 7:30 on Saturday with inspection beginning at 8:00. Opening ceremonies will begin at 8:30.

This is a Vex Robotics State Championship Qualifier. Teams are expected to submit a digital copy of their notebook by November 1.If they are submitted by November 1, they will not be judged, knocking teams out of many awards. 

Teams may park in the lot behind the school with additional parking in front of the tennis courts.Everyone will enter through the back door. Only team members and coaches are allowed in the pit area during the event.Spectators should remain in the gym and be on their best behavior.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In an emergency or bad weather, all teams will be notified on or before November 3, if the event has to be postponed or cancelled!

Your safety is top prior!

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • A refund of $70.00 per paid team will be issued should the event be cancelled. If the event is postponed by the Event Partner and a team is no longer able to compete, the Event Partner will refund the registration fee if notified 5 days before the rescheduled event.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • No Refund will be issued!

 

Judging Format

In-Person Judging-The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. All notebook submissions will be digital.
