We will once again be hosting our tournament on the 3rd floor of the old Mallory Building at Purdue Polytechnic High School. There is a beautiful view of the Indianapolis skyline. There will be concessions as well as several fast food locations within walking distance.

Fee needs to be paid within 2 weeks of registering for the event unless you sign up or September 30th (whichever is first) unless your sign up after September 30th. If you sign up after September 30th, payment is due upon registration unless arrangements have been made to pay us directly. In that case, payment is due upon registration. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the team may be removed from the event.

If you would like to make arrangements to pay for the event directly to the event partner, reach out to Barry Atwell at [email protected]. If you pay direectly to the EP, you will not have to pay the extra 3% that RECF charges to process credit card transactions. If there is an act of God that prevents us from having the tournament, we will contact you via email. We do not anticipate weather that would stop us this time of the year.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: I won't cancel the event unless there is an act of God. I have never canceled an event in the several years of hosting tournaments.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

The basic policy is that there are no refunds. We may consider exceptions on a case by case basis. If you have a story that makes me cry, we might consider a refund.
