General Info

Wylie High School's Robotics team is delighted to be hosting this Over Under qualifying tournament. This tournament will qualify teams to Texas Region 5 Championships. Our event is being held at Wylie High School on 2550 W FM 544, Wylie Texas.  The enterence to the event is on the north side of the building which is the main enterence to the building.

Our event will be held in single level with all spaces interconnected. Competition will be in our Secondary Competition Gym with plenty of space for spectators.  The Team Pit area is in the cafetreia.  A concession stand will open during the event.

Ample parking is available.

Pizza orders for lunch will be offered.  Additionally, there are many nearby locations for teams to purchase food for lunch.   Across the street from the high school is Subway, The Taco Shack, Burger Hut and a Kroger Grocery Store.  Additionally, there are many of the major fast food establishments such as Chick fil A, Wataburger, McDonalds and others within two miles of the school

Judging Format: In-Person judging and bring a hard copy of your notebooks with the team number clearly visible on the outside cover.

7:00AM - 8:30AM teams will be registering and going through inspections. 
8:40AM - 9:00AM driver meeting and opening statements
9:00AM Qualification rounds will begin.
12:00AM-1:00PM lunch
1:00PM - 3:30PM complete qualification rounds
3:30PM-4:00PM alliance selections
4:00PM - 5:30PM alliance elimination matches
5:30PM - 6:00PM Awards and closing ceremony

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds will be made after Registration closes unless the event has been cancelled and can not be made up on the published makeup date.

Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
