General Info
We will set up the fields the night before and teams will be welcome to come help set up, get their robots registered and start running skills starting at 4:00 on December 1. Doors will open at 8:30 on December 2nd.
Metered Parking is free after 6 and on the weekends. The garage is also free on the weekends. Please note that Green Street is closed to any cars. Students and Robots can be dropped off at the loop. After coming through the doors, there will be stairs going to the second floor and the tournament will be on the left. There is also a ramp up to an entrance on the second floor.
Lunch will not be provided, however, there is a Chic-fil-a, Panda Express, and several other restaraunts in the building.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an emergency, teams will be notified no later than November 30th.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be refunded $50.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams will not be refunded.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
