General Info

Come and have some fun at one of the Best VEX Events in Oregon.

We will host some of the best compeition from around the state of Oregon and Washington.

If you would like to register more then the 4 teams per organization, please put the additional teams on the waitlist and we can add them to the event the first week of January if spots are avaiable.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Teams will be notified by email if changes to the event have occured.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case bases.

This event will follow current Health and safety policies set for by school district/State.

Teams will be informed of those policies by email.

 

Judging Format

 In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be In-Person. 

Engineering notebooks will need to be submitted through Robot Events by Feb. 4, 2024. 

NO Physical notebooks will be accepted.
