Than you for volunteering! There will be a volunteer meeting at 7:30am. Badges, breakfast and lunch is provided. Just bring your smile and helping attitude!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In an event of an emergency, the event will be postponed and rescheduled. Coaches will be directly contacted.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event registration fee will be refunded or posponed to another scheduled date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend the registration fee will be refunded minus the $5 admin fee.
